This role offers a chance to be part of a vibrant organization that thrives on passion for wine and dedication to excellence.**About this role**As a Logistics Co-ordinator at Justerini & Brooks, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth movement and storage of inventory, including customer reserves. Your focus will be on balancing quality service to customers and suppliers while optimizing costs and managing working capital. You will be integral in managing replenishment, ensuring that stock is always in the right place at the right time.**You will be responsible for:**In this dynamic position, you will manage Salesforce cases efficiently, raise purchase orders, and track the delivery of UK stocks. You will also handle the importation and shipping of fast-moving stock from global suppliers, working closely with our Freight Forwarders, sales teams and buyers.Your role will extend to working with third-party logistics to maintain accurate stock levels across their Warehouse Management System and our internal ERP, ensuring quality control while managing breakages and losses. You’ll also be responsible for arranging the delivery of customer-owned En Primeur stock to bonded warehouses.**Required experience:*** Experience in stock management and forecasting, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Strong relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.* Confident using data and technology to drive decisions, with strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus (training provided).* Highly organised with great attention to detail, able to adapt quickly and prioritise in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.* Previous experience in a customer-facing role.**Working with Us**Flexibility is key to success.
