Job Purpose Statement:
The role will be part of the Group Technology function and will help facilitate the successful delivery of IT projects by coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
Responsibilities / Accountability:
* Managing project schedules, timelines, and milestones, including tracking the progress of tasks assigned to team members.
* Acting as a central point of communication for the project team, stakeholders, and vendors.
* Scheduling and leading project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, reviews).Including preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes, and distributing action items.
* Support in the prioritisation of technical backlogs, taking into account other portfolio work and resource requirements.
* Managing and maintaining all project governance including key project documentation (e.g., project plans, contracts, reports, and risk logs).
* Assisting the Project Manager with budget tracking, including monitoring costs and processing purchase orders.
* Coordinating project resources, planning in resource time, highlighting resource risks/ issues and be able proactively resolve before it becomes an issue.
