Brain Injury Lawyer – Mainly Remote Working (Claimant)
Head Office: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
We’re working with a niche law firm exclusively focused on representing clients who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). With a strong pipeline of high-value cases and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Grade A Solicitor to join a specialist team handling complex Traumatic Brain Injury and Catastrophic Injury claims.
This firm operates differently from traditional law practices, placing a strong emphasis on quality of work, client care and long-term outcomes, rather than volume and billing targets.
The Role
The firm intentionally maintains very low caseloads to ensure lawyers can deliver exceptional client care and achieve the best outcomes for their clients.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of approximately five complex, high-value Traumatic Brain Injury cases. There may also be the opportunity to handle some clinical negligence work, providing additional variety and professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex, multi-track serious injury claims from instruction through to settlement
Preparing schedules of loss and witness statements
Working closely with clients, families, rehabilitation professionals and experts
Delivering exceptional client care in life-changing cases
Contributing to the firm’s continued growth and development
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer (Solicitor or CILEx) with 8+ years PQE and strong experience handling serious injury claims.
While extensive TBI experience is not essential, candidates should have experience managing high-value multi-track litigation and be confident handling complex claims.
You will ideally have experience in:
Managing serious injury cases exceeding £500k
Drafting witness statements and schedules of loss
Running complex claimant matters with a high level of client care
Working collaboratively with experts and medical professionals
