Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Director to lead their operations in the Midlands region. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of refurbishment projects and repairs & maintenance programmes, ensuring their clients' expectations are met while adhering to budgetary and time constraints. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire a team of project managers, technical staff, and support personnel to achieve operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. Operational Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of refurbishment and maintenance programmes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within cost constraints and financial targets are met. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of regional strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the property portfolio. Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor regional performance, making adjustments as necessary to drive improvements. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all regional operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with other regional directors and departments to share best practices and streamline operations across the organisation. Qualifications and Experience: Experience of working for a Main Contractor in the Social Housing sector Proven experience in a senior management role within the property refurbishment, repairs, or maintenance sectors. Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. Ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
