10-100 Consultancy Ltd, an IT Managed Service Provider based in Milton Keynes, are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join our small but vibrant and energetic team. This role would be ideal for someone looking for the next step in their career by developing their skills in a range of key technologies with the opportunity to work in a very technical but supportive team that pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. The company Since 2004, 10-100 have been focused on providing outstanding managed IT support services. As a Microsoft Cloud Partner and a member of the Apple Consultants Network, we value our relationships with clients and place the upmost importance on providing the highest level of customer service possible. The role The successful candidate will work primarily in a support capacity for existing 10-100 clients. You will support on-premise, hybrid and cloud-solutions for our customers as well as carrying out tasks, such as; monitoring, diagnosing and troubleshooting network, server, security and infrastructure issues. 10-100 support Hybrid Working with the expectation of moving to a 60% office based, 40% home based model after an agreed settling in/training period. Occasional local travel to customer sites may be required so use of a car would be preferred. Core skills In summary, you will be expected to have demonstrable experience primarily within Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Windows Desktop operating systems. Azure and AWS. VMWare and Networking experience would also be desirable but not essential. You will have the ability to work well within a team and the confidence to take ownership of infrastructure projects/support tickets with clear and concise customer communication. The following skills are essential to this role: Microsoft 365 inc. Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, Entra ID Knowledge of Windows Server Technologies, including; Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy Windows Server/Windows Desktop OS Excellent customer service skills A personable telephone manner The ability to work well as part of a team Any of the following are also desirable and will place you at an advantage: Backup solutions including Veeam Public Cloud services, MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Network switching and Firewalls This is direct recruitment only - No agency contact please
