Aramark UK is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Sparsholt College, Winchester, SO21 2NF.

A day in the life of a Sous Chef:
* Effective and efficient food production following recipe sheets.
* Full knowledge of all menu items served.
* Managing production to minimize wastage.
* Maintaining food levels throughout service.
* Ensuring food quality and integrity.
* Recording volumes consumed and overproduction.
* Assisting with shift opening and closing checklists.
* Discussing ideas or improvements with the line manager.
* Undertaking relevant training as required.
What you will need:
* Resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
* Own transport due to the location of the site.
* Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
* Relevant culinary qualification or at least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
* A full UK driving license is desirable.
