Transformation Programme Manager – Hybrid – 1 year FTC – £92,000 plus benefits
We are currently working with a leading organisation in their search for a Transformation Programme Manager.
This is a hybrid role where travel to their offices will be needed a couple of days a week. Whilst this will be an initial 1 year fixed term contract, there is scope for extension/going permanent.
What you will be doing:
* You will be responsible for leading a complex transformation programme where you will need to operate & influence up to an exec level.
* Covering multiple workstreams, you will need to ensure each project lead delivers on time and against budget and as part of the wider plan.
* There will also be a focus on PMO related activities where you will need to introduce standards & portfolio level governance, as well as supporting with group wide reporting.

* Proven business transformation experience, delivering programmes across a multi-site environment
* Experience supporting business change projects
* Excellent stakeholder management skills along with the ability to build meaningful relationships with exec level stakeholders
