Senior Account Manager Gaming and Payments - The Role:

As the Senior Account Manager, you will collaborate with a portfolio of the company's top revenue-generating clients within the Gaming sector. You'll play a key role in maintaining and growing revenue across these strategic accounts. The focus is on developing a deep knowledge of your clients' business goals and building collaborative strategies that align those goals with the Trust product suite. This is a varied role that values commercial acumen and strong relationship-building skills.


Senior Account Manager Gaming and Payments - Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of high-value clients in the gaming sector, supporting

both retention and revenue growth

- Develop a detailed view of each client's payment approach to drive greater adoption of Trust Payments' solutions

- Create and implement strategic account plans that reflect client priorities and deliver long-term value

- Lead quarterly business reviews, offering performance insights, identifying challenges, and exploring new service opportunities

- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Risk) to address client needs and support service expansion

- Share client insights to support product development and represent Trust Payments at industry and marketing events

Senior Account Manager Gaming and Payments - You:

- 3+ years of Account Management experience within the Payments industry

- Experience managing a portfolio of clients in the Gaming sector

- Proven ability to grow account value through additional services and drive client relationships

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels

- Confident presenting during client meetings and business reviews

- Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Curious and eager to explore how new technologies can enhance client success

- A team player who contributes positively to shared goals
