The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Human Resources, you will:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the commerce and industry sectors
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
* Source, screen and place high-caliber Human Resources professionals, primarily focusing on all levels of experience from part-qualified roles to Director level.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy registration to placement
* Contribute to our sales growth strategy across the Midlands region
What We're Looking For
* Proven recruitment experience, particularly in Human Resources sectors
* Strong understanding of the HR professional market
* Strong business development skills with a track record of client acquisition
* Excellent candidate assessment abilities
* Commercial awareness and understanding of the Midlands market
* Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
* Great communication skills and professionalism
