As Executive Head Housekeeper you will lead your team to deliver the highest of standards and ensure that the guest and colleague experience is on of exemplary cleanliness and presentation.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Head Housekeeper from a Hotel or resort background who has proven experience in leadership, an excellent business acumen with managing budgets as well easily approachable and flexible to work long hours if business demands.
You will be responsible for overseeing the department in its entirety, you will lead your senior team to be their best and deliver their best.
Some responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager with their daily and management tasks and will ensure the department meets all criteria’s that have been set and agreed.
2. You will be focused on quality and attention to detail ensuring all bedrooms and hotel public areas are kept immaculate. You will need to be hands on, and lead by example, whilst delivering excellent customer service and standards.
3. Recruit, train and retain.
4. Ensure financial targets are met.
5. Be a leader with a hands-on approach and ensure that your team are developed to deliver exceptional service and standards.
6. To be responsible and assist with any training as necessary.
7. To be responsible for room checking and monitoring cleanliness of each room ensuring that rooms are delivered in line with Champneys procedures.
