Job Title: Property Assistant (HMO & Commercial Portfolio)

Salary: £13–£15 per hour (Part-time, 16 hours/week)

Your Opportunity:
Beyoot Group is a growing property company managing a mixed portfolio of over 40 properties – 75% commercial and 25% HMO. We are seeking a reliable, proactive Property Assistant to support our directors across both the admin and operational sides of the business.
This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for someone local to Stockport who enjoys variety and independence. You’ll be supporting everything from property listings and viewings to admin and tenant liaison.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day management of a commercial and HMO portfolio

Carry out property viewings and basic property checks
*
Liaise with tenants, handle queries and update records
*
Manage property listings, rent review support, and yearly inspections
*
Complete administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*
Maintain accurate data, tracking spreadsheets, and documentation
*
Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects as delegated by the directors
Qualifications & Experience Required:
*
Strong admin skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office
*
Comfortable managing your own workload and taking initiative
*
Positive attitude – someone who gets stuck in and finds solutions
*
Excellent communication skills and ability to work without micromanagement
*
Experience in lettings, property, or HMOs is desirable but not essential
*
Based in or near Stockport with the ability to travel to properties as needed
