We are looking for a Patient Access Officer to join our bank team at The Wilmslow Hospital. This is your opportunity to become a vital part of the UK's largest private healthcare provider. As a Patient Access Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome at reception. Your role will involve delivering a high standard of customer care while managing a busy front desk, handling patient check-ins, and assisting with enquiries. In addition, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support consultants and third parties, ensuring the smooth coordination of the patient journey. This is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of activity while maintaining a 5-star, world-class service.
