A leading international consulting firm is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its central London office. Known for its vibrant, values-led culture and high-performing teams, this firm operates globally and places a strong emphasis on collaboration, care, and operational excellence.
Working closely with the Office Manager and wider business support teams, you’ll ensure the office remains a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and clients alike. From supporting internal events to handling supplies, logistics, and hospitality, this is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in supporting others.
Must be able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
 * Opening and preparing the office each day
 * Greeting guests and coordinating deliveries, post, and couriers
 * Managing office supplies, kitchen stock, and general upkeep
 * Support the Marketing team with materials for events
 * Assist with new joiner inductions
 * Upholding health & safety and supporting general office operations
 * Assist with booking hotels for internal staff and external clients
 * Support logistics for internal and external events
 * Assist with planning and delivery of UK and International Away Days
What We’re Looking For
 * Previous experience in an office or facilities support role
 * A service-driven mindset and a friendly, can-do attitude
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle varied tasks
 * Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional lifting/setup
 * Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
