DNA Recruit is partnering with a leading integrated agency, to urgently recruit a Senior Account Manager. This is a fast-track hire to manage a high-volume workload of global campaigns and integrated toolkits for a high-end, well-known FMCG product.
The role is ideal for candidates with brand activation experience who can think on their feet, take initiative, and deliver campaigns across commercial and occasion activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead global shopper and activation projects and toolkits across commercial and occasion campaigns.
* Support ad-hoc projects across wider client accounts.
* Bring strategic thinking, creativity, and proactive problem-solving to complex, multi-market workstreams.
* Collaborate with a senior team, ensuring smooth delivery in a hybrid London office environment.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations effectively.
Required Experience & Skills
* Strong agency background with FMCG/Shopper experience
* Proven experience delivering toolkits across commercial and occasion campaigns, covering retail, digital, and social channels.
* Experience on ad production and toolkit implementation is preferred.
* Ability to take initiative, think on their feet, and drive projects independently.
* Excellent client management, project management, and financial oversight skills.
* Must be available for an immediate start.
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days in-office)
Contract Type: 3-month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: Competitive 3-month FTC salary (pro rata, depending on experience) or day rate considered.
