In this role you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity and quality of education during teachers’ release time and during unforeseen absences. You will support the delivery of our innovative educational vision, contributing to personalised learning and fostering an inclusive environment that empowers every pupil.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide cover for classes, delivering lessons based on plans provided by class teachers.
2. Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils, ensuring engagement and progress.
3. Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
4. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support pupil development, sharing feedback on progress.
5. Promote the Trust's vision of equipping pupils with essential cognitive and social-emotional skills.

You should be:
6. Experienced in Areas That Count:
Significant experience in a primary school setting, with a track record of effectively teaching or supporting pupil learning. Your hands-on experience will be invaluable!

Strong classroom management skills that create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil feels valued and motivated to succeed.
8. A Communication Champion:
