JOB MISSION
1. To craft the most exceptional experiences with an ability to tell brand stories for the Moet Hennessy portfolio of Maisons through deep-rooted cultural credibility, delivered across storytelling, events, digital, social media and influencer strategy.
2. Develop and implement the annual communications plan across the Moet Hennessy portfolio.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGY
3. Reporting into the Consumer Engagement Director, the role requires senior connection to a broader network, both internally (with Maisons, brand teams, On and Off Trade teams, trade marketing) as well as externally (journalists, influencers, communities, opinion leaders, agencies, amongst others).
COMMUNICATION CULTURAL / EVENTS / INFLUENCE
4. Work in tandem with relevant Brand Teams to develop and implement annual communications plan.
5. In line with Maison DNA/objectives demonstrate a creative vision to deliver stories, events, and impact for brands with desired consumer.
6. Develop, recommend, and implement new ideas to continuously grow PR coverage in line with brand values.
7. Demonstrate a clear opinion on influencer strategy and how to apply to MH Maisons in UK.
8. Demonstrate an excellent network of media, industry, and influential contacts.
9. Demonstrate a knowledge of culture and trends and how to connect brands relevantly.
10. Manage external communications agencies and be the key stakeholder for external/internal management – including Trade and Specialist Wines & Spirits agencies.
11. Manage Maison stakeholders conveying the communications plan for each brand in UK effectively.
12. Review and evaluate PR delivery and performance.
13. Excellent co-ordination and event management skills to deliver press trips, tastings, and wider brand events.
14. Support events coordination across all brands with brand teams and external agencies.
Profile
Languages : English fluent
Professional experience & know how:
15. Eight years communications & PR experience minimum - ideally in luxury/hospitality/ culture
Professionally connected with strong ‘black book’
16. Media savvy – demonstrate a clear understanding of the rapidly changing media and digital environment.
17. Fully proficient in all aspects of communications and PR
18. Great communicator and motivator to achieve collaborative success.
