Role - Customer Relationship Executive
Location - Newport
Hours - 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with clients.
* Conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products and services.
* Alert the sales team to opportunities and work to targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with account managers to deliver the best possible service.
What You’ll Need
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work.
* Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
Desirable
* Previous experience working as a client relationship executive or a track record of managing client relationships.
