Your Role

As Front Office Manager, you’ll be the face of Fraser Suites Edinburgh, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. Your responsibilities include:

* Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest satisfaction.
* Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain our high standards.
* Uphold company policies and security requirements while fostering a warm, service‑oriented environment.

* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* A hands‑on attitude with attention to detail.
* Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
