What You'll Be Doing
As our Wellbeing Lead, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by:
* Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
* Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all
* Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones
* Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
* Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
* Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
* Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement

We're seeking someone who is:

* Organised, reliable, and confident in planning events
* Creative, enthusiastic, and able to motivate others
* Passionate about improving the lives of older people
* Able to work flexibly across some evenings and weekends
* Previous experience in a care or activity setting is a bonus, but we're just as interested in your personality and values
