The role
As a Installation and Site Technician Capability Manager, you’ll take ownership of the successful delivery of manufacturing and installation projects across a varied and exciting portfolio. You’ll lead a skilled team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same you’ll combine strategic oversight with practical involvement, driving operational excellence while contributing directly to build and installation activities.
