14 x 12 hour shifts across 5 weeks, 24/7 rotating 07:00 - 19:00, 19:00 - 07:00 (with the possibility of +3 stand ups) followed by 9 days off before repeating.

About the role In this key role, you’ll be working with a variety of machinery to help ensure our production lines run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Whether you’ve worked in manufacturing before or are looking for a fresh challenge with full training provided, this is a great opportunity to join a business that values teamwork, safety, and quality. What will you be doing? Operating packing and processing machinery to meet output targets
Navigating daily production challenges with a hands-on approach
Collaborating with your team to keep production lines running efficiently
Playing a key part in delivering high standards of quality and safety
Developing new skills through product testing and machine changeovers

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring: A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a team and contributing to shared goals
Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus – but not essential
Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but full training is provided
