Who You Are You are an experienced social worker with a passion for safeguarding children. Adaptable to different locations, you’ll join either the Worcester City and Malvern team or the Evesham and Pershore team. What the job involves In this role, you will manage a caseload of children who are subject to Child Protection plans, pre-proceedings, and Care proceedings. You will work with children and families throughout case closure or transition to looked-after permanence. You will be part of a stable and committed service, collaborating with supportive teams and managers. The role involves flexible working arrangements, typically requiring one or two days in the office at Worcester or Pershore Civic Centre.
