Your Role:
Consult with Purpose
* Translate business and IT requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
* Communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Produce concise documentation that drives alignment and maintainability.
Continuously Evolve
* Build and maintain high‑quality C# and .NET applications.
* Promote best engineering practices including TDD, automation, and clean coding.
* Strengthen delivery through code reviews and modern CI/CD workflows.
Architect Tomorrow
* Design scalable solutions using MVC, Clean Architecture, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
* Create secure, optimized SQL Server data solutions for complex scenarios.
* Architect resilient, modular systems using Azure or AWS and strong OOP patterns.
Your Skills:
* 8–10 years of hands-on professional software development experience.
* Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and SQL Server.
* Deep understanding of MVC, Microservices, Clean Architecture, RESTful APIs, OOP, and design patterns.
* Strong experience in TDD, automated testing, and test frameworks.
* Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
* Solid experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical, detail‑oriented, experienced in Agile/SCRUM, able to build high‑volume enterprise applications, review code and architecture effectively, and produce clear technical documentation; experience in financial services is a plus.
* Comfortable working independently or in cross‑functional teams, proactive in problem‑solving, and equipped with (or open to) AI‑related skills and modern engineering practices.
