A vacancy has arisen within our busy Logistics Team for a UK & Export Logistics Co-ordinator.
Duties will involve the following:
* Liaise with customers & couriers to provide a high level of proactive customer service
* Arrange transport for collection & delivery of units to & from customers
* Proactively monitor collections & shipments to minimise delays & resolve issues
* Proactively monitor & chase outstanding core units
* Assist with the receiving in & checking of returned units
* Raising customer credits
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
1. Excellent organisational, communication & customer service skills is essential
2. Experience in export & import procedures would be advantageous
3. Experience of working & dealing with couriers & hauliers would be advantageous
4. Microsoft Office & Sage experience would be advantageous but not essential
