An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join a growing and well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering practical, client-focused legal advice.
The successful candidate will join a supportive litigation team, with a particular focus on contested probate matters. While previous experience in contested probate is desirable, the firm is open to candidates from a broader litigation background and training will be provided for those looking to specialise in this area.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, with an emphasis on contentious probate disputes. The role will involve:
* Managing a caseload of contentious probate and inheritance disputes
* Advising clients on a range of civil and commercial litigation matters
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters where required
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to the continued growth of the dispute resolution team
