Join to apply for the Business Process Design Lead role at Saltrama Plastics.
Our client has undergone a significant restructure of their organisation with the objective of substantially improving collaborative working and performance. In this role you will engage closely with business stakeholders to clearly understand their objectives and identify opportunities to redesign the business processes to improve outcomes.
This is a hybrid role that will require 6 days per month in the client’s office in Brighton.
Responsibilities
* Map and understand current business processes and clearly understand the desired outcomes.
* Redesign the business processes and map a To Be environment that integrates with the wider organisation and delivers real value.
* Deliver BPR or Service Design to improve CRM flows or Case Management (experience would be an advantage).
* Contribute to creating an integrated business process across a complex organisation.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience mapping and understanding current business processes.
* Ability to define desired outcomes and design processes that align with the wider organisation.
* Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or Service Design is advantageous.
