As aSenior Engineer, you are fully capable of handling complex design, development, and operational challenges for our customer-facing applications.
1. Lead Frontend Evolution:Build and evolve secure, fast, and accessible login and account management journeys usingVue.js.
2. Architect Solutions:Design resilient and scalable components, effectively justifying your implementation and infrastructure choicesintechnical documentation.
3. Ownership:Constructively challenge requirements to ensure we are delivering the highest value to our customers, moving beyond "order-taking" to true product thinkingand ownershipof outcomes.
4. Engineering Excellence:Help grow a strong, pragmatic culture by leading code reviews, pairing sessions, and contributing to Communities of Practice (CoPs).
5. Build It, Run It:Take full DevOps ownership byparticipatingin incident responses, root cause analysis, and production monitoring.
What You Bring
6. Experience:Minimum6+ years of professional software delivery experience, with a deep mastery of modern frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and ideallyVue.js).
7. Technical Leadership:Proven ability to self-direct your learning of new frameworks and tools, anda track recordof improving team processes and practices.
8. Quality Mindset:Deep care for engineering excellence andthe practices that ensureit(e.gautomated testing, performancebudgetsand observability)
9. Communication:Strong clarity in explaining technical issues and the ability to work constructively across disciplines with designers, architects, and product owners.
