I have a wonderful opportunity for an Events Snr Sous Chef in a popular Events space in South West London..
With a strong emphasis on Dining quality done to Volume I'm keen to chat with experienced Sous Chefs who can lead there teams while working closely with the Exec and Head.
You will require a strong emphasis on food quality and a strong background in leading Events and Kitchen admin..
In busy at times operations like this you must be a strong communicator!
The team underneath you consists of up to 20+ Chefs with a focus on working together... You will also have the ability and experience to stand in for the Exec if and when needed.
This role has lots of daytime hours Monday to Friday, but there will be some occasions with Evening Events where you are needed and some occasional weekends through the year.
