About the Role
Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Site Supervisor to support the Estates Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience, strong IT skills including MS Office, and the ability to work in a well-organised and flexible manner. The successful candidate will be a member of the Estates team, reporting directly to the Estates and Sustainability Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Line management of the Estates Site Assistants (6) across two campuses.
2. Delivery of the Planned Preventive Maintenance programme.
3. General premises maintenance, including management of contractors, cleaning contracts, external security, and courier services.
4. Management of daily job tickets to ensure timely completion and shift rota management.
5. Maintaining premises cleanliness, tidiness, and safety, including risk management.
