Requirements:
* Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, youth:work or education setting.
* Strong verbal and written English to effectively support student learning.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a commitment for one).
* Excellent punctuality and a commitment to the schools term:time schedule.

Duties:
* Assist subject teachers with general classroom management.
* Support small groups of students with their daily classwork.
* Help prepare learning materials and classroom displays.
* Provide a positive presence during hall duties and break times.
* Assist with administrative tasks to keep the school day running smoothly.
* Guide students through revision tasks during the exam season.
