The role
Build and deploy AI systems end-to-end, working across AI, backend, and product with real ownership and production impact.
Requirements 💻
* Strong Python
* Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
* Agent frameworks (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents or similar)
* Scalable backend + AWS
* Product-minded, able to balance speed vs quality
Salary 💷 up to £100k (depending on experience)
