Litigation Solicitor, 1+ PQE, West Midlands, GBP 40K+ (DOE) – JOB REF:TL2034
The Role
* You’ll be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil disputes.
* As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including complex possession and property claims, title rectification and professional negligence claims, Trust and commercial disputes and general litigation and dispute resolution advice.
* You’ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department’s continued success.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE in civil litigation.
* Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently.
* Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
* Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offers.
