At Soho House we have an exciting opportunity for a Gardener to join our gardens team. The role involves regular ornamental border maintenance and the production of top-quality fruit, vegetables, herbs, microgreens and cut flowers for our onsite restaurants, deli, florists and seasonal events.
This is a hands-on, varied role which includes working in organic, no-dig production gardens, where quality, consistency, and collaboration with our kitchen teams and floristry team are key. You'll be part of a team that propagates and grows seasonal year-round produce and microgreens which play a direct role in our menus. You'll tend to cut flower beds consisting of both annual and perennial plants which are sent directly to our onsite florist each week. You'll take pride in developing and maintaining garden borders to the highest standards, tending to herbaceous and deciduous plants using horticultural best practice.
