Manage, monitor, and report the reliability of plant assets focused on improved availability, and increased productivity. Introduce innovation where appropriate aimed at long term operational efficiency.
What you'll be doing
As a Technical Innovations Engineer you will have the following accountabilities:
1. Manage specialist projects from the concept design stage through to site installation and testing.
2. Actively participate in design reviews to ensure the solution meets the client requirements.
3. Produce appropriate technical documentation scope, functional specifications, maintenance logs and acceptance testing
4. Manage stakeholders and work effectively with the client
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
6. Manage the programme and budget for each project
7. Data validation, telematics, and creating reliability centred maintenance processes
8. Develop the OCH (Operational Control Hub) and manage the ongoing integration of data and dashboard reporting for internal and customer use
9. Ensure all equipment/machines are maintained to the required quality standards and legislative requirements
10. Interrogate reliability data to identify trends and provide technical solutions where necessary
11. Ensure all equipment/machines have a reliability growth plan which is executed and regularly reviewed
12. Provide support and guidance to the Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure suitable spares and service kits are available to support the operation of the fleet
13. Complete maintenance improvements documentation as necessary aligned to the Engineering Change processes
14. Conduct and ensure regular quality inspections are carried out across the fleet, with corrective actions and lessons learnt distributed throughout the BU team, and wider if necessary.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
15. A degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (BEng, Meng, MSc)
16. Previous Engineering experience, Mechanical or Electrical
17. A driven, proactive Engineer motivated to find solutions.

22. Ability to work across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions
