Installation Director

About the Role:
Modulaire Group is looking for an Installation Director to lead our project management-focused installation function. You’ll oversee safe, high-quality site operations, optimize ways of working, and drive operational excellence across multiple service centres. This role offers a strategic element, allowing you to shape the future of our installation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead installation and de-installation programs across sites, standardizing processes to improve efficiency.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance and build capacity in our 3rd-party network.
* Oversee project budgets, manage costs versus sales quotes, and monitor financial performance.
* Lead and develop teams: 3 direct reports and up to 7 per site, analysing KPIs and driving performance.
* Champion customer service, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate across operations, transport, procurement, and service centres to break down silos.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven senior operations/installation management experience in modular solutions, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
* Strong project management expertise (certification preferred).
* Experience managing CAPEX delivery programs and operational budgets.
* Leadership in people development, team performance, and operational excellence.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
