Job Title: Lead Systems Engineer (High-Performance Electronic Systems) - Concept to Deployment
Location: Norfolk (Hybrid - 3 days on site)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 3% Bonus

The Opportunity
I am representing a high-performance engineering firm in Norfolk that develops advanced electronic systems for some of the most demanding applications in the world. They are looking for a broad, hands‑on Systems Engineer who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle, from early concept and design through to validation and global deployment.

What You Will Be Doing
* Leading systems‑level development of electronic products from initial concept through to full‑scale production.
* Designing and validating electronic hardware with a heavy focus on advanced sensors (pressure, temperature, humidity, and signal conditioning).
* Coordinating activities across disciplines (Software, Manufacturing, and Test) to ensure manufacturable and robust designs.
* Planning and supporting testing, validation, and verification activities at the system level.
* Driving continuous improvement in product reliability and engineering processes.
Who You Are
* You are an experienced Engineer with a strong electronics background, comfortable working at both the system and component level.
* You have proven experience running projects or development programmes and can balance the "big picture" with technical detail.
* You have a hands‑on approach and a genuine willingness to remain technically involved in the hardware.
* Experience in regulated or high‑performance sectors (Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, or similar) is highly desirable.

* Salary: Up to £65,000 (negotiable based on experience).
* Bonus: Up to 3% annual bonus scheme.
