Job Description
We're seeking individuals with compassionate hearts who are eager to enhance our clients' quality of life to join our team in Rugby, Lutterworth & Daventry as Live-In Care Professionals. In this role, you'll reside in a client's home, providing various non-medical services to help them maintain independence.
No prior experience or specific qualifications are necessary to become a Care Professional, though familiarity with care settings or interactions with older individuals is beneficial. This could stem from personal caregiving or voluntary roles. If you have a passion for supporting others and take pride in delivering exceptional service, along with traits of reliability, trustworthiness, and respectfulness, we encourage you to apply. Additional Information
As a Live-In Care Professional, you'll receive 3 meals a day or an allowance, a private room, and access to TV and WiFi. Comprehensive training and support are also provided.
