On behalf of our client we are seeking a Contract / Temporary Conveyancer / Conveyancing Paralegal. In this role your responsibilities will include:

1. Being responsible for your own caseload of conveyancing files, end to end forfile opening to completion, referring all legal aspects to the Team Manager when necessary.
2. Ensure that telephone calls are dealt with in a professional manner that full telephone notes are taken and escalating any complex queries
3. Regularly update clients and asset managers as to progress of matters.
4. Accompanying management team on client visits and has the knowledge and confidence to contribute to the meeting/training.
5. Problem solving with facts of the case and be confident to discuss the actions with senior members of the wider team.
