Responsibilities
* The School wishes to appoint a Clinical Senior Lecturer in Medicine to join our MBBS teaching team.
* The postholder will lead on delivery of the programme for Year 4 MBBS students who are undertaking an additional year of studies to repeat the Applied Knowledge Test component of the Medical Licensing Assessment.
* You will also assist as required with teaching and assessment for other student cohorts within the clinical years.
About you / Qualifications
* The successful candidate will have experience of working as a medical practitioner within a clinical setting along with substantial experience of teaching and mentoring undergraduate medical students.
* For this role it is essential that you have an undergraduate degree in a relevant medical area.

* Please note this role is to be paid at the Clinical Senior Lecturer pay rate and will not attract a Consultant rate of pay.
* The post is based at Burnley campus with occasional travel required to the Preston and Whitehaven (Cumbria) campuses.
