REF 070 – DEPUTY SUPPORT MANAGER – EVESHAM AREA – LEADING SUPPORTED LIVING CHARITY
Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.
This provider has an opportunity for a candidate with supervisory experience in the care or support sector to join them as a Deputy Support Manager for their service in the Evesham area.
The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will:
* Mentor an existing and established staff team.
* Provide direct support to individuals with a Learning Disability.
* Rota management.
* Audits.
* Supervisions and appraisals.
* Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence.
The Deputy Support Manager in Evesham will need:
* Experience of working with individuals with a Learning Disability.
* Level 3 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
* Experience of supervising care/support staff.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety and care regulations.
* Good communication and IT skills.
