BMSI, the UK’s largest independent Building Energy Management Systems provider, is seeking a confident and capable BMS Project Manager to join our expert Aviation team based at Heathrow Airport.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead the delivery of BEMS projects across Heathrow’s vast and varied infrastructure
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
* Be the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Monitor site progress, conduct quality inspections, and oversee commissioning
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety and Heathrow operational standards
* Provide mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate closely with other departments
* Identify project opportunities for upselling or optimisation
* Handle variations, cost control, and change management processes
* Ensure all project documentation is thorough, accurate, and timely
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Project Management role within BEMS or a closely related field
* Strong technical knowledge of BEMS systems (Trend, Tridium, or similar)
* Proven ability to manage complex projects from design to delivery
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* A natural problem solver with strong commercial awareness
* Living within 40 miles of Heathrow Airport (TW6)
* Willing to undertake a DBS check as part of the onboarding process
