Job Description:
Hunter Savage is hiring internally for a newly created part-time Finance Officer to support our growing business and the Operations Team.
Role: Belfast City Centre based, Part-time - flexible on days/hours
Salary: Depending on experience
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic team of senior recruiters who have an established client base across the UK and Ireland. You will have full ownership of the accounting function, comprising 2 companies, one in the UK and one in Ireland. We are looking for an experienced finance professional to step in and hit the ground running. Your role will be part-time between 16-20 hours, with flexibility on days and timings to accommodate your other priorities.
Key Tasks:
1. Payroll - both weekly and monthly
2. Invoicing for both our UK and Ireland businesses
3. Credit control
4. Reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments
5. Reconciling payments received
6. VAT Return
7. Month-end preparation
