Job Description
Our client, based in the West Midlands, is currently recruiting for a Property Compliance Officer on a permanent basis.
This role is due to start immediately with a salary of £26,208 - £30,000.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on preventative planned maintenance.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Overseeing and maintaining the CAFM system, ensuring all statutory certifications, PPM records, and remedial works are up to date and compliant with SLAs and tenders
* Managing and monitoring the performance of PPM and response contractors, including chairing review meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring contractor compliance
* Handling invoicing processes through the CAFM system and Accounts Payable, resolving any related queries accurately and promptly
* Preparing and delivering regular reports, including monthly regulatory updates, and provide technical support to internal teams
* Liaising professionally with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, responding swiftly to all business requests
* Supporting the Head of Facilities with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Experience required:
1. Minimum of 2 years‘ experience within the care sector
