At Amazon, we're seeking an Account Manager who excels in a client-facing role to join our dedicated team. This is a superb opportunity to support and collaborate with clients in maximising their selling potential on Amazon, offering a comprehensive, end-to-end account management service.

We're looking for an individual with a proven track record of proactively driving growth on Amazon, who not only excels at the fundamentals but also brings creative, strategic thinking to unlock new opportunities.

This role involves managing multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to build, nurture and mature client relationships. Utilising strong analytical skills to efficiently provide forecasting, troubleshooting, and in-depth analysis of key account and listing metrics is essential.

A comprehensive understanding of the myriad internal and external variables that impact a client's Amazon business is required. The ability to create, identify, and implement innovative opportunities to aggressively escalate sustainable sales is crucial.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing multiple client accounts
* Utilising strong analytical skills to provide forecasting, troubleshooting, and in-depth analysis of key account and listing metrics
* Complete ownership of managed accounts, specifically Amazon catalogue management and growth strategy
* Formulating and presenting tailored strategies that significantly enhance growth and profitability for clients
* A comprehensive understanding of the internal and external variables that impact a client's Amazon business
* Creating, identifying, and implementing innovative opportunities to escalate sustainable sales

Qualifications include:

* 2+ Years in Seller and/or Vendor Central
* A proven track record of proactively driving growth on Amazon
* Experience managing multiple brands across a range of categories and territories
* Experienced in Amazon flat file uploads and understanding of listing best practices
* Exceptional ability to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and conduct insightful data analysis
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the capability to manipulate large data sets
