Overview
The post holder is responsible for providing and co-ordinating a supportive service for patients, carers and their families for those who have a Haematological diagnosis. This includes the delivery of expert holistic evidence based clinical care to patients with complex haematological needs and the provision of education for patients', carers and staff. The post holder will be able to manage a patient caseload, work autonomously and also within a small team. The post holder will act as an expert resource to health care professionals.

It has 500+ beds and is a partner teaching hospital of the University of Cambridge.
Community services
Adult and paediatric community services, provided in collaboration with West Suffolk Alliance partners, include a range of nursing, therapy, specialist, and ongoing temporary care and rehabilitation, some at our Newmarket Community Hospital.
