The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to create a positive employee experience while supporting the Communications & Engagement team and wider leadership team with coordination and administrative support.As a Communications, Events and Administration Coordinator you'll:Content Creation & CommunicationsCreate and distribute engaging communications across multiple channels including email, presentations, internal social platforms and team briefingsSupport the production of promotional materials and engagement contentManage communication distribution lists and shared mailboxesMaintain filing systems and communication collateral within MS TeamsEnsure consistent use of templates and brandingEvents & EngagementCoordinate and support onsite employee and community engagement eventsAssist with event logistics including venues, suppliers and operational deliverySupport event communications and promotional activityAssist with post-event reporting and feedbackAct as an ambassador for volunteering and employee value proposition initiativesAdministrative SupportProvide administrative support to the Sodexo South Leadership Team and Communications & Engagement TeamSchedule meetings and support the preparation of presentations and reporting materialsSupport employee reward and recognition programmesMaintain organisation charts and internal recordsTrack budgets and expenditure where requiredIdentify opportunities to improve processes and ways of workingWhat we're looking for:Essential Skills & ExperienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational and planning abilities with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident producing written communications and presentationsMethodical with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure and to deadlinesCreative and forward thinking approachAdaptable and customer focusedWillingness to support events outside of normal working hours when requiredDesirableVideo editing experienceExperience within Facilities Management or biopharmaceutical environmentsWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
