Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services? We’re looking for a proactive Financial Planning Administrator to support our dynamic advisory team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting a Financial Adviser with day-to-day admin tasks
* Coordinating and preparing documentation for client review meetings
* Managing client workflows using Intelligent Office (IO)
* Submitting provider application forms and embedding new advice case procedures
* Leading weekly update meetings with advisers to resolve outstanding tasks
* Assisting with a data cleanse project to improve client records
* Monitoring the central mailbox on a rota basis – 1 week in 4
* Collaborating with advisers and support teams to roll out new AI-driven processes
