Morson is recruiting on behalf our client, an infrastructure management company, for a skilled and delivery-focused
Internal Communications Manager
to support a busy and fast-paced communications function during a period of high demand.

With a strong presence in the UK and internationally, they work with both public and private sector partners to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver core internal communications across a range of business projects
* Craft high-quality copy for internal audiences, including campaign materials, intranet updates, and stakeholder messaging
* Manage multiple communication workstreams, including support for internal events and content planning
* Collaborate with stakeholders across a large matrix organisation to ensure alignment and engagement
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a large, complex organisation (preferably at internal communications manager level or higher)
* Strong copywriting and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience leading or contributing to creative internal campaigns
* Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
* Experience with Populo or similar internal comms tools is desirable but not essential
