BMSL Group are recruiting for a Office Administrator.
BMSL are a national construction sector recruitment business that work with construction companies, assisting with the recruitment for site and office staff.
Working hours: Monday to Friday - hours can be flexible / discussed
As the office administrator, you’ll be instrumental in the every day smooth running of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with our delivery and support teams to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.

Managing the weekly timesheet collection and process the hours
*
Booking new candidates to respective jobs on the in house database
*
liaising with clients on the phone and email
*
any other office administrator duties
About You
*
Proven experience within an administrator role – ideally in the Construction, M&E / Building Services sector but not essential
*
Confident in business relationship management
*
Self-motivated, driven, and commercially astute
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
