How you’ll help us make health happen: As a Clinical Team Manager, you’ll: Lead and inspire a team of clinical advisors, ensuring high-quality service and regulatory compliance. Drive performance by setting clear goals, supporting development, and managing training and competency. Promote a culture of continuous learning, clinical excellence, and customer-first thinking. Monitor team performance, identify trends, and take action to improve outcomes and efficiency. Collaborate with peers and senior leaders to align clinical strategy with wider business goals. Manage risk, incidents, and compliance protocols in line with FCA and CQC standards. Support operational planning and contribute to short- and long-term service improvements. Represent Bupa’s values and clinical excellence in internal and external stakeholder relationships. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC or HCPC) as a Registered General Nurse, Children’s Nurse, or Paramedic is essential (A speciality such as acute care, oncology or cardiology is desirable). Experience managing or mentoring a team in a customer-focused or regulated environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be guiding, coaching, and influencing others A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence in making decisions and managing risk within agreed parameters A commercial mindset – you’ll understand how to balance great care with business performance Resilience and adaptability – you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
